Sage Clubs Structure & Leadership
Sage Leadership Teams
include Facilitators, Council & Captains.
They meet & plan activities with Coordinators once per term.
Sage Facilitators
Two teachers appointed by the School Head to guide the club, provide oversight and engage relevant teachers to support specific activities.
Sage Council
Up to four Form 4-6 students.
Selected from former Sage Captains or Deputy Captains who provide student leadership, continuity, and support to current Captains.
Sage Captains
Captains are Form 3 students elected to lead specific programs. Each Captain works with a Deputy and is responsible for recruiting up to five volunteers to support their activities.
Sage Coordinators
Form 3-6 students supporting the Leadership Team, each with a Deputy.
Secretaries
organise club activities and keep club records.
Communicators
prepare and share club news.
Sage Alumni
School graduates who continue to support Sage Club activities.
Sage Patrons
Community members, organisations and volunteers who support Sage Clubs and contribute resources, time or expertise to club activities.
Senior Captains lead and support the work of all captains. They report to the Sage Council and help to promote responsible decision-making and accountability accross the club.
Careers Captains lead programs that help students explore career options, build confidence, and develop skills for life beyond school.

Ecological Captains lead programs that promote environmental care through conservation, recycling, and responsible use of school and community spaces.
Programs led: Sage Eco Explorers
Finance Captains lead income generating student enterprise projects linked to other Sage programs. The Finance Captain helps other Captains think about costs, quality, items made and sold, and what was learned, while keeping simple records and promoting transparency..

Sociology Captains lead programs that promote service, civic participation and access to reading and learning resources.
